This was the worst meal I ever had on a flight. It was undercooked pasta with unflavored tomato paste. Horrible.

Positiv: "LOT does great with boarding, food, and entertainment. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The boarding process is smooth and the people are very nice. And the selection of movies and TV is very broad, and the equipment works well."

Negativ: "The crew on the plane are short with passengers and don't seem to go out of their way to make passengers comfortable. This lack of effort stands out very much in the background of super-uncomfortable seats on Dreamliners. There is relatively much less space available for passengers between rows and between seats themselves. It makes long flights exceptionally painful, especially for people who are not extra small or young. I have gotten to the point that I choose to fly different airlines even if that means a bit more money and an extra stop because I cannot handle 8 or 9 hours on the Dreamliners, especially when the flights are full."

Negativ: "At the LOT checkin counter at KRK, they had one counter open for a full flight to Warsaw. They waited until 15 minutes before schedule takeoff to open up additional counters causing panic and stress for everyone on the flight. Several people missed their connections because of this. Meanwhile LOT had extra employees sitting in the travel assistance office next to the line doing absolutely nothing. It demonstrated very poor utilization of resources. I will absolutely avoid flying with them the next time I go to Krakow."

Negativ: "When I handed over my boarding pass, I was told I had to walk seven gates away for an "extra security check." I am 71 years old and don't run well. I only object to the fact that they did not have the security check available at the boarding gate - or they might have called my name and sent me over there well before beginning boarding. They did assure me they would wait for me but I was the antepenultimate person to board the plane and quite upset by the whole thing."

The WiFi didn’t work throughout the whole flight. So we couldn’t access the entertainment and we couldn’t even access the English food menu since the QR code only works if you’re on the plane’s WiFi.

Leider Verspätung um fast eine Stunde

Crew was helpful; food was horrible AND expensive; they had us wait on the tarmac on a bus for nearly 30 minutes; the flight departed more than 90 minutes late and weather was NOT an issue. Miserable really, but at least my luggage arrived and we didn’t die - could have been worse I guess.

The staff is super nice and happily works with everyone in need of something. Prepare to have cash in Euro on you to buy drinks and food.

Wasn’t able to check in online and checkin line at airport took over an hour

Here’s the truth / I paid $29 for a flight that lasted 45 minutes - so the experience was short on the plane and the expectations I had, given the price tag, were humble. However the airline was comprised of professional and courteous people. Long on smiles, short on legroom on the Boeing 737-800 - but what else would one expect? Nicely done to the folks at SunExpress.

Die Crew ist sehr Freundlich, das wars auch schon. Natürlich darf man sich von einer Billigfluglinie nicht viel erwarten. Ich fliege normalerweise nur Turkish Airlines (Business Class) aber musste wegen der Direktverbindung mit Sunexpress fliegen aber nie wieder.

Ticketing was a nightmare! Did the online check in never to receive email tickets and upon arrival at the airport, long lines taking an hour to get your boarding passes then running though security to the gate. The web site was not working, overall We could have missed our flight.

2 Stunden Verspätung

Dafür das man soviel Geld für ein Ticket zahlt, sollte man mindestens einen Kaffee serviert bekommen ( kostenlos)!!! Generell ist es sehr eng und Man kann überhaupt nicht bequem sitzen.

Durch eine Verspätung von 2h vom Flieger haben wir unseren Anschlussflug verpasst und keine Hilfe oder Erstattung bekommen und saßen dadurch 24h fest am Flughafen und mussten für überteuerten Preis neue Flüge buchen

The flight was delayed, the aircraft was changed last minute and my partner and I got separated, though we paid for the emergency exit seats. Accidentally I spot it and then it was sorted out.

Didn’t happen

Diesmal ging das Einchecken wesentlich schneller. Ob das damit zu tun hatte, dass die Einreiseanmeldung nicht mehr abgegeben werden musste oder ob es tatsächlich besser organisiert war, kann ich nicht mehr feststellen. Insgesamt aber erheblich reibungsloser als früher.

Obwohl der Flieger Verspätung hat, lässt man die Leute nach dem Einchecken in der Kälte auf der Terrasse stehen. Da löst sich dann der Unterschied zwischen Priority und Nich-Priority in Wohlgefallen auf. Das könnte man auch anders organisieren, jedoch wird aus Kostengründen scheinbar immer darauf verzichtet.

Das Einchecken in Kiev eine Katastrophe. Das Personal völlig überlastet und ohne Wissen um die erforderlichen Dokumente. Einige Passagiere sind deswegen nicht mehr rechtzeitig in den Flieger gekommen. Das muss unbedingt besser werden!

I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

No good food options. The baggage at Chennai airport came at the end after all the economy bags were sent out instead of priority bags (business class) being sent out first. Had to wait over an hour for my bags to come. In general a poor experience with this airline.
