Biography:
Born Anthony Richard Anstead in Plymouth, Devon, England, Ant Anstead originally pursued a police career in the U.K. before resigning in 2005 to transition into building cars. Anstead also went on to play set-professional soccer for over 15 years before starting his own television production company in 2014.
The television presenter appeared on shows including For the Love of Cars, World’s Most Expensive Cars and Wheeler Dealers.
Anstead was married to his first wife Louise from 2005 until 2017. They share daughter Amelia and son Archie.
The World’s Greatest Cars host started dating Christina Haack in October 2017 and they tied the knot the following year at their California home. The pair, who welcomed son Hudson in September 2019, announced their separation in September 2020.
Since June 2021, Anstead has been romantically linked to actress Renee Zellweger, who he met on Celebrity IOU: Joyride.

Anstead decorated his Christmas tree with the help of son Hudson in December 2021. Amid the photos of his little helper putting the tree topper on, the TV personality revealed a special ornament he had made for his and Zellweger’s first Christmas together.
The custom ornament showed the couple driving in a car together, each wearing hats with their names written on them. There was also a tree on the top of the car that said, “Laguna Beach,” which is where Anstead lives.
